i would like to enable rounded corners for jc_absolution. would someone be able to point out how to get started? i've found the niftycorners mambot (http://www.babygekko.com/) - but it seems that i can't use it without modifying php code in the template?
thank you

Hi gaia,
How would you like to use rounded corners? On the middle modules I presume? These should work by default without any requirement to enable them. Let me know if this is what you want to do and perhaps send me a link to where I can see how you are using jc_absolution.
If you want to modify an existing templatr feature then this would obviously be different.

Hey Eddie,
Ok, this would mean you would need to modify the XHTML/CSS directly.
We use nifty corners on the middle modules for a rounded corners effect on this template - but the left/right blocks are styled differently.
Does that makes sense?

are you saying i can change the side columns to use rounded edges without modifying any php files at all and without using the niftycorners mambot? could you please provide an example on how to make the mod?
thanks!

Hi,
No. You would need to modify the main index.php in the template folder and the main css files aswell.
I've not used the niftycorners mambot before so I'm not aware of what exactly it does.
But as I was saying, the nifty corners functionality is already incorporated (completely by coincidence) with this template.
You would need to be familiar with how html, css and the nifty js to do what you want.
